The State Flower of Florida (Backflow Preventer)

Check out this quick video I made (with help from my 13 year old daughter) over Christmas vacation down in Florida. The Florida DEP has always had cutting edge Cross Connection Control requirements and some of the most protected water in the United States.

However, there are no requirements or recommendations for safeguarding the backflow preventers that preserve the water supply with backflow enclosures. Let’s protect the rpz valves protecting us with ASSE 1060 certified enclosures.

Please watch our short video below that highlights some of these key features. Reach out with any questions by contacting us.
